30. Signs you need a rest day.

a. Excessive Soreness

While some muscle soreness is normal after a tough workout, excessive or lingering soreness could be a sign that your body needs more time to recover. If you’re finding it difficult to perform basic movements or your muscles feel overly fatigued, it’s time to take a rest day.

b. Fatigue and Lack of Energy

If you’re feeling unusually tired, lethargic, or unmotivated to work out, it could be a sign of overtraining. Pushing through extreme fatigue can lead to burnout or injury, so it’s important to listen to your body and prioritize rest when needed.
